Matt is amazing! We hired Matt after our first listing expired with another realtor who didn’t put any effort into selling our childhood home. This time it was critical that we hire a realtor that was going to actually work to get it sold. There are tons of realtors out there to choose from and  all promise you the moon so after extensive research we hired Matt because of his background as an appraiser and excellent reviews as a full service realtor. He is an excellent listener and his communication throughout the process was outstanding. Before Matt listed our home he researched our neighborhood and had a solid plan of what it would take to market our home for top dollar. Our home was in desperate need of a face lift and Matt helped us find a painter since we did not live in the area any longer and he also helped guide us toward choosing paint colors that would bring our home to life and make it feel warm and inviting. The difference was immeasurable! Matt also suggested removing an outdated antenna on the roof and since we couldn’t do it ourselves he actually got up there and removed it for us! Matt also suggested things to do to the yard such as adding mulch to make the gardens pop. Once Matt listed our home on MLS he also showcased the house with a fantastic online video that he put together that included highlights of downtown Burbank as well as the house that would make anyone want to live here! We were further impressed when Matt presented us with multiple offers within 4 days of it going on MLS and it is important to note our home sold for well above our listing price! This was a very emotional time for the family and I’m sure we were not the easiest to deal with however Matt was the consummate professional and always remained upbeat and positive. I highly recommend him and would use his services again if I ever move back to Southern California
